WWE BRAGGING RIGHTS PREDICTIONS COMING SOON!! OCTOBER 24th 2010

WWE Title Match
Wade Barrett with John Cena vs. Randy Orton
This is tricky. Do we seen Cena fall in line and cause Orton the title? Will we see Cena make a move towards escaping the Nexus?
WINNER: WADE BARRETT

Buried Alive Match for the World Heavyweight Title
The Undertaker vs. Kane with Paul Bearer
Just like last month I am telling you all right now, this storyline is not over. On top of that Undertaker needs shoulder surgery.
WINNER: KANE

Team RAW vs. Team SmackDown Elimination Match
The Miz, Sheamus, R-Truth, John Morrison, CM Punk, Ezekiel Jackson and Santino Marella vs. Big Show, Edge, Rey Mysterio, Kofi Kingston, Jack Swagger, Alberto Del rio and Tyler Reks
SmackDown has been shown as the dominant team so far and lets not forget they are the defending Bragging Rights Cup Champions. My issue with all that is the fact that RAW has the better lineup.
WINNER: TEAM RAW

WWE Divas Title Match
Natalya vs. Layla
This is another tough one. Natalya should win, she is the better talent and comes from a pedigree of champions. A few issues though. One: The WWE Women's Division is a joke. Two: How often have the writers made any sense in the past few months?
WINNER: NATALYA

Champion vs Champion Match
United States Champion Daniel Bryan (RAW) vs. Intercontinental Champion Dolph Ziggler (SD)
Another RAW vs SmackDown match. Daniel Bryan is in the process of a new gimmick as a ladies man. Dolph Ziggler's storyline is progressing towards the end of him and Vicky. Look for some type of distraction from Vicky and the NXT Diva Rookie.
WINNER: DANIEL BRYAN

UFC 121: LESNAR vs VELASQUEZ PREDICTIONS OCTOBER 23rd 2010

Well I am not going to pretend that I watch a lot of UFC. I have no clue who a majority of these fighters are going to be nor have I seen any of them in action. Is that going to stop me from looking at their perspective records and strengths and making a prediction? Especially a UFC Pay Per View featuring Brock Lesnar? Nope!

JON MADSEN vs GILBERT YVEL
Madsen is undefeated at 6-0 and is 6ft tall weighing in at 240 pounds, and it appears his only strength is wrestling. Yvel first off his last name sounds to me like it is pronounced as Evil which is bad ass if it is. His record is 36-15-1 with 1 no contest, so right off the bat he has more experience. He is also 2 inches taller at 6ft2in but he weighs 15 pounds less than Madsen at 225 pounds. However Yvel has more strengths as he showcases skills in kicks, knees and world class experience according to the official UFC Fight Card page.
WINNER: GILBERT "THE HURRICANE" YVEL

CHRIS CAMMOZI vs DONGI YANG
Well this is going to be a tough one. Dongi Yang must be a real true virtual unknown because the official UFC Fight Card has him listed without a record, no height or weight and you guessed it with no list of strengths. They do not even have a picture for him! That is not the case for Chris Cammozi who is 13-3, 6ft3in and weighs in at 185 pounds. His strengths include Muay Thai and BJJ. I am going to guess that Yang is a UFC rookie and so I will have to hold that against him.
WINNER: CHRIS CAMMOZI

SAM STOUT vs PAUL TAYLOR
Sam "Hands of Stone" Stout is 14-4-1, he is 5ft9in and weighs in at 155 pounds. The official UFC FIght Card says he is an Excellent Striker for his strengths. Meanwhile Paul "Relentless" Taylor is 10-5-1 and 1 no contest, he is 6ft and also weighs in at 155 pounds. His strength is listed as Relentless Endurance. Well this appears to be another close one but not because of a lack of information. Stout has had 3 more fights than Taylor but that could barely be called an advantage. Taylor is about 3-4 inches taller which means he probably has a longer reach but in the UFC that rarely makes a difference, unlike boxing where it makes a HUGE difference. However "Relentless Endurance" does nothing for you if you get hit in the right spot by "Hands of Stone" and get K.O.ed!!
WINNER: SAM "HANDS of STONE" STOUT

MIKE GUYMON vs DANIEL ROBERTS
Mike "The Joker" Guymon's record is 13-3-1, he is 6ft and weighs in at 170 pounds. Mike's strengths include experience, submissions and punching power. He really seems to be an all round fighter as he is listed at 35% submissions, 34% striking, and 31% takedowns. Daniel "Ninja" Roberts' record is 10-1, he is 5ft10in and he also weighs in at 170 pounds. His strengths include wrestling and jiu-jitsu, quick and athletic. Roberts is listed as being 40% submissions, 5% striking and 55% takedowns.
WINNER: MIKE "THE JOKER" GUYMON

PATRICK COTE vs TOM LAWLOR
Patrick "The Predator" Cote is 14-6, he is 5ft11in and weighs in at 185 pounds. "The Predator's" strengths are listed as being K.O. Power and Submissions. Tom "Filthy" Lawlor has a record of 6-3-0 and 1 no contest. He is 6ft and also weighs in at 185 pounds. "Filthy's" strengths are wrestling and conditioning. I don't know about anybody else but it seems that Tom is over matched here.
WINNER: PATRICK "THE PREDATOR" COTE

COURT McGEE vs RYAN JENSEN
Court "The Crusher" McGee has a record of 11-1, he is 5ft11in and weighs in at 185 pounds. "The Crusher's" strengths are that he is well rounded. His other stats are showing that he is 22% submissions, 14% striking and 64% takedowns, which does not sound very rounded at all. Ryan Jensen's record is 16-5, he is 6ft1in and also weighs in at 185 pounds. So far the advantages go to Jensen, his strengths include standup and being well rounded. His other stats show him at 53% submissions, 25% striking and 23% takedowns. That is a lot more rounded than McGee.
WINNER: RYAN JENSEN

BRENDAN SCHAUB vs GABRIEL GONZAGA
Brendan "The Hybrid" Schaub is 7-1, he is 6ft4in and weighs in at 240 pounds. Schaub's strengths are boxing, cardio and being well-rounded even though his other stat claims he is a striker 100%. Gabriel "Napao" Gonzaga holds a record of 11-5, he is 6ft1in and weighs in at 242 pounds. "Napao's" strengths are listed as being striking and submissions and his other stats show he is 37% submissions, 23% striking and 40% takedowns, which sounds like he is way more well-rounded than his opponent. If like me you were wondering what Napao means here you go. 'Napao' is a common expression in Brazil," said Gonzaga's jiu-jitsu coach, Marco Alvan. "It means you have a sixth sense; you smell what's about to happen. Gabriel is always anticipating, always ahead of his opponent. That is how he became Napao."
WINNER: GABRIEL "NAPAO" GONZAGA

TITO ORTIZ vs MATT HAMILL
Tito "The Huntington Beach Bad Boy" Ortiz has a 24 fight record of 16 wins 7 losses and 1 draw. He stands at 6ft3in and weighs in at 205 pounds. Ortiz's strengths are listed as being a good wrestler, having great conditioning and possessing a vicious ground and pound. Matt "The Hammer" Hamill has a 12 fight record of 10 wins and 2 losses. He stands at 6ft1in and also weighs in at 205 pounds. "The Hammer's" strengths are listed as being boxing and wrestling.
WINNER: TITO "THE HUNTINGTON BEACH BAD BOY" ORTIZ

DIEGO SANCHEZ vs PAULO THIAGO
Diego "Nightmare" Sanchez brings to this fight a record of 23 wins and 4 losses. He is 5ft10in and weighs in at 170 pounds. The Nightmare has excellent grappling skills and appears to have a good mix of skills. He is 36% submissions, 36% striking and 28% takedowns. Paulo Thiago has a record of 13 wins and 2 loses. He is 5ft11in and also weighs in at 170 pounds. Thiago has a strong chin and is very focused. Submissions makes the majority of his stats as he is at 65%. Diego is also 19% striking and 16% takedowns. This looks like it should be a decent bout unless Sanchez hits a submission and makes Paulo tap out.
WINNER: DIEGO "NIGHTMARE" SANCHEZ

JAKE SHIELDS vs MARTIN KAMPMANN
Jake Shields 25-4-1but his height and weight seem to be a mystery because the official fight card has them both listed as 0 and highly doubt that is possible. Now for a guy who is 0ft tall and weighs 0 pounds he sure does have a ton of strengths. Jake is highly competitive, great grappling/jiu jitsu and good striking skills. A Cesar Gracie BJJ black belt and All American wrestler. Exceptional conditioning allows him to put non-stop pressure on his opponents. WOW that is some amazing stuff lets see what his opponent is made of. Martin "The Hitman" Kampmann has a 17-3 record. He stands at 6ft even and weighs in at a 170 pounds. His strengths are listed as knockout power and underrated ground game. hmmmm I don't know about anybody else but I think this is a no brainer.
WINNER: JAKE SHIELDS

THE MAIN EVENT
BROCK LESNAR vs CAIN VELASQUEZ
UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar is still kind of new to the game but holds a record of 5 wins and 1 loss. He is 6ft3in and weighs 265 pounds. Big Brock's strengths are his size, wrestling ability and athleticism. Another strength that is unlisted is the fact that other fighters tend to take him less serious because he is a former pro wrestler. If you underestimate or do not show this beast respect he will hurt you. His other stats are listed as 17% Submissions, 36% Striking and 47% Takedowns. Cain Velasquez comes into this fight with the record of 8 wins and 0 losses. He stands at 6ft1in and weighs in at 240 pounds, 25 less pounds than Brock. His strengths are listed as just being well rounded. His other stats have him at 12% Submissions, 43% Striking and 45% Takedowns.
WINNER AND STILL THE UFC HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPION of the WORLD:
BROCK LESNAR

WWE HELL IN A CELL PAY PER VIEW RESULTS

WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. Sheamus (Hell in a Cell Match)
My prediction: Sheamus
Result: Randy Orton
Even though I wanted Sheamus to win I am glad Orton pulled out the win. I am tired of title changes every pay per view. I think this is the beginning of a good feud. Sheamus will be champion again soon and I only hope he gets a real title run.
Prediction Record: 0/6

World Heavyweight Champion Kane vs. The Undertaker (Hell in a Cell Match)
My Prediction: Kane
Result: Kane
I knew this storyline wasn't over yet and I am kicking myself for not at least mentioning that Paul Bearer has betrayed Undertaker a few times in the past and could do it again. Kane deserves this long title run and of course the Undertaker retirement rumors have resurfaced.
Prediction Record: 1/6

John Cena vs. Wade Barrett
My Prediction: Wade Barrett
Result: Wade Barrett
John Cena is the newest member to the Nexus. Remember now if your not Nexus your against us. Like I said in my predictions this is not a full heel turn but a test of the waters. If Cena acts heel like by force how will his sales do? Will they be hurt by the heel turn? Will they stay the same? or Will the Cena haters now like him and buy his stuff? If those questions are answered positively for the WWE then in a year maybe sooner we get a true full John Cena heel turn.
Prediction Record: 2/6

U.S. Championship Triple Threat Submissions Count Anywhere Match U.S. Champion Daniel Bryan vs John Morrison vs The Miz
My Prediction: Daniel Bryan
Result: Daniel Bryan
It was a submission match and only one person in the match was billed as a submission expert, Daniel Bryan. I do not think either The Miz or his former tag partner John Morrison have ever made anybody tap out before. This was by far the easiest match to predict.
Prediction Record: 3/6

Unified Divas Champion Michelle McCool vs. Natalya
My Prediction: Natalya via DQ
Result: Natalya via DQ
I told you this was going to happen. I do not know if they are going to go anywhere with this or not, the Divas rarely ever get to have decently developed storylines or feuds. I think Natalya deserves a long run as the Divas champion and had I been in charge of the Pay Per View last night this would have been the first Diva's Hell in a Cell Match and I would have had Natalya win.
Prediction Record: 4/6

There were only five matches when I made the predictions but I did say they would most likely add a match because five matches for the price of a pay per view is just not your money's worth. However I guessed it would be a tag title match but instead it was Edge defeating Jack Swagger so that is why my prediction record is at a final 4/6 if you discount the added match it is a 4/5 with me only missing Sheamus regaining the title but if you read my prediction I was torn on that match and basically chose Sheamus because I am a fan of his. Overall this is probably the best Pay Per View Prediction I have ever done. The next Pay Per View I will try to get my predictions posted sooner so that way our readers can reply with predictions of their own. Until Next Time.

WWE HELL IN A CELL PAY PER VIEW PREDICTIONS

  1. WWE Champion Randy Orton vs. Sheamus (Hell in a Cell Match)

I don't know about this match. Orton just got the title but Sheamus looked strong on SmackDown. I am a Sheamus fan and would love for him to have a real, decent title run but if he wins it is further proof that the WWE needs fewer Pay Per Views. I am going to go with Sheamus.

  2. World Heavyweight Champion Kane vs. The Undertaker (Hell in a Cell Match)
This match appears to be a no brainer win for the Undertaker thanks to the return of Paul Bearer. Well go a head and think that if you want but "The Devil's Favorite Demon" Kane is going to retain the championship. Kane is going to have a good run as Champion. Well that is if the WWE doesn't ruin it. If this story line is being done properly then Kane will be champion until Wrestle Mania and then he will drop the title to Undertaker or if they want to unify titles at WM then at the very least Royal Rumble. Who knows only Vince McMahon knows for sure but my fake money is on Kane.

  3. John Cena vs. Wade Barrett
Everybody wants to see John Cena turn heel. Everybody except Vince McMahon and why is that? Well apparently he feels that Cena will make him less money as a heel. The stipulations for this match is that if Wade Barrett wins John Cena is forced to join the Nexus but if John Cena wins then the Nexus is forced to dis-ban forever. It also has a by the way stipulation that if any of the Nexus members interferes in the match Cena wins and Nexus is over. What we are going to get from this match is a test to see how Cena does as a heel. The problem with this is that it is going to be a half assed heel turn so nobody is going to like it. Wade Barrett wins and Cena joins the Nexus for a few months then decides he can't do it anymore challenges Wade Barrett to a rematch for his release from Nexus which he will win.

  4. U.S. Championship Triple Threat Submissions Count Anywhere Match
U.S. Champion Daniel Bryan vs. John Morrison vs. The Miz

The Miz is not getting the US Title Back at this Pay Per View. He still has Money in the Bank and I doubt he will be the first person to win MITB and not win either the WWE or World Championship. John Morrison could possibly bring home the gold but to me at this point it is a step backwards for him. He should be in the main event scene already. Daniel Bryan just got the title and he is billed as a submission master and neither of his opponents are known for submission moves. So I'm going with Daniel Bryan for the win.

  5. Unified Divas Champion Michelle McCool vs. Natalya
I am sick of Michelle McCool and the whole LayCool thing. I do not agree however that LayCool is a PG version of The Beautiful People from TNA. Regardless this is a toss up. Natalya has never held a Women's or Diva's title in the WWE and she has definitely earned a title run. However this the WWE which runs off of Locker Room Politics and McCool happens to be the home wrecker girlfriend of the Undertaker. They always say anything can happen in the WWE and with this match it's the truth. My heart says Natalya but my gut says McCool. Official pick: Natalya via DQ no title change Layla gets involved somewhere.

These are the only matches listed for the Pay Per View on WWE.com so I am sure some last minute matches are going to be added but I won't be able to pick those however I will guess that the tag titles will be back on the line and that The Heart Dynasty will take them back.
